Upstate New York is the homeland to the parents of Jon Burger. Father, William, was born in Greene County and Mother Sarah was from Coxsackie. The image above is taken in Sleep Hollow NY. This is a picture of the Philipsburg Manor. It turn's it's property into a haunted house in the fall.
Vermont is French for the words Green Mountains. The name has carried on to inspire the mega coffee producer Green Mountain coffee. In fact along the note of employers a lot of people recollect Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream and it's fame throughout the US but Ben's place isn't the largest employer instead IBM holds that title. As you travel through the state you will find similar beautiful landscapes as seen above with century old wooden tunnels and gravel covered roads. If you were traveling down these roads before 1996 you wouldn't have been able to find a Walmart and would have had to travel to New York or Massachusetts instead.

The state of New Hampshire may be small and unpopular compared to the rest of the United States but it has a lot of small parks and sites of interest to visit during the summer and fall. One of the more famous sites is the Mt. Washington Resort in Bretton Woods New Hampshire and has over 100 years of history which includes Bretton Woods International Monetary Conference. Delegates from 44 nations convened, establishing the World Bank and International Monetary Fund, setting the gold standard at $35 an ounce and designating the United States dollar as the backbone of international exchange. The signing of the formal documents took place in the Gold Room, located off the Hotel Lobby and now preserved as an historic site (https://www.omnihotels.com/hotels/bretton-woods-mount-washington/property-details/history)
The wonderful state of Maine is such a beauty for it's wild life and outdoor scenery. It's know for lobster and all things seafood in fact approximately 40 millions pounds (nearly 90 percent) of the nation's lobster supply is caught off the coast of Maine. What you may not know is the city of Eastport is the most eastern city in the United States. The city is considered the first place in the United States to receive the rays of the morning sun and with all of the sun's color's mixed together, it appears white to our eyes. Another "berry" fun fact about Maine is how they produce 99% of all the blueberries in the country making it the single largest producer of blueberries in the United States.

The U.S. Collection starts in the North Eastern part of the United States and will be working it's way south and then west. We started by capturing some of the New England states first. This was appropriate since the United States was started in the North Eastern part of what is now the U.S. The other variable is the emotional connection with the love for it's beauty, charm and the younger years of the creator, Jon Burger.
